If you're ready to grow your clinical skills, feel nourished in your work, and make an impact alongside like-minded therapists, we’d love to connect with you!

We are currently hiring for:

  • (1) full time hybrid position with in-office days Mon/Fri (other days telehealth)

  • (1) full time in-office position

The Vision

Dr. Justine Grosso, founder of Mindbody Therapy & Wellness, is a well established therapist in the Triangle community and has had the opportunity to build solid relationships within the community. She typically receives referrals from UNC and Duke counseling centers and health systems, other therapists, and through “word-of-mouth” recommendations. Dr. Grosso also is uniquely positioned to support clinicians who want to do telehealth sessions for a portion of their caseload or who are licensed in other states in addition to NC, due to her role as a media contributor and educational presence on social media (i.e., common inquiries from larger NC area, NY and other states). She commonly receives referrals for clients with anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues, people-pleasing, peri- and postpartum mood concerns, and other women’s issues. Dr. Grosso is building a connected, community environment where therapists are supported (by incoming referrals, business and administrative staff) and supportive of each other, which will allows them to provide high quality holistic care to their clients.

Mindbody Therapy & Wellness honors the Trauma Stewardship Models, which views therapists as humans first and prioritizes self-care. We believe that the best clinical work happens when therapists are supported with and empowered with peer consultation, business support, and educational opportunities. Therapists who will thrive here highly value collaboration, prioritize work-life balance, are detail-oriented, and enjoy consistently learning and growing.
